Troy Ballard

In 1999 Troy had the opportunity to be trained as an NEI teacher by Thomas R. Quackenbush of the
Natural Vision Center:
"Tom Quackenbush has been teaching Natural Eyesight Improvement/Bates Method classes full time since 1983, and Certified Teacher Training Programs since 1986. In 1980, Tom wore approximately -8 diopters in each eye for myopia, and approximately -1 diopter in each eye for astigmatism. Since beginning natural eyesight improvement education in 1983, Tom has read the 20/40 minus line on the eye chart at an optometrist's office, and his vision continues to improve. Quackenbush has been teaching for many years and has seen thousands of people improve their eyesight naturally. He has also seen many people pass their drivers exam without lenses."
Author of Relearning to See,
one of the best books on NEI.
Natural Eyesight Improvement A.K.A.'s
Natural Neck Improvement Course: the bad vision habits radiate strain and tension to the neck and shoulders. Relearning to See frees them.
Natural Hearing Improvement Course: "when the eyesight is under tension all the cells in the body are under tension" Dr. William H. Bates. All the senses centralize when the vision centralizes. All the senses diffuse and diminish when the vision diffuses and stares.
Natural Wrinkle Relaxation Course: when the eyes are being used incorrectly their tension radiates to the face and neck and shoulders making us more likely to wrinkle up more often.
Natural Memory Improvement Course: bad vision habits make the brain stick and stare. Troy Ballard believes that refinement of the good vision habits can lead to photographic memory.
Natural Social Reconnection Course: many students who improve their eyesight feel a greater connection to people, family, and friends. They feel more in the moment.
